ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Inputting and maintaining accurate purchase ledgers.
  • Bank reconciliations.
  • Credit card reconciliations.
  • Banking and supplier payments.
  • Processing of expenses and invoices.
  • Provide administrative support for the department manager when needed.
  • Resolving purchase order issues with department buyers.
  • Setting up supplier payments upon authorisation from buyers.
  • Raising of sales orders in SAGE Intacct (training provided). ➢Fully comply with our clients QMS.
