Job Title: Lifting Engineer
Location: Great Yarmouth (with travel to customer sites across the UK)

Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Lifting Engineer to join our team. Based at our clients site in Great Yarmouth, this role involves traveling to customer sites throughout the UK to carry out thorough examinations of lifting equipment, proof load testing, and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough examinations of lifting equipment in accordance with industry standards.
• Perform proof load testing to ensure equipment functionality and safety.
• Carry out Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) as required.
• Travel to customer sites across the UK, ensuring excellent customer service and professional representation of the company.

Essential Requirements:

• LEEA Qualification.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Desirable Requirements:

• MPI Qualification (NDT).

Working Hours and Benefits:

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00.
  • Includes two 15-minute paid tea breaks and a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
• Overtime: Available, depending on workload.
• Annual Leave: 24 days plus bank holidays.
• Pension: Auto-enrolment in the company’s statutory pension scheme.

Salary:

• Circa £30,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience).
