Are you an experienced Electromechanical Engineer or Electrician looking to take the next step in your career? Would you like to work for a highly invested, fast-paced manufacturer in a clean and innovative production environment?
Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Engineer to join their dynamic team. You’ll play a key role in maintaining and improving production efficiency, focusing on Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and ensuring the timely resolution of engineering challenges.
You’ll also have the opportunity to be involved in major capital expansion and development projects, contributing to the ongoing growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults across production lines.
• Support continuous improvement and preventive maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with production and technical teams to optimise performance.
• Participate in capital projects and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and quality standards.
What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Engineer, ideally within an FMCG or similar environment (transferable skills welcome).
• Recognised engineering qualification (mechanical or electrical).
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety practices.
• Proven ability in fault diagnosis and repair.
• Methodical, organised, and able to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
• Enthusiastic, driven, and adaptable to working in a fast-paced environment.

What’s On Offer
• Salary: £38,000 – £42,000 per annum (£17.71 – £19.58 per hour)
• Hours: Monday to Friday (weekly rotating shifts)
Early Shift: 05:30 – 14:30
Late Shift: 13:15 – 22:15
Total: 41.25 hours per week
