Job Title: Production Operative
Location: Norwich (approximately 25 minutes from Great Yarmouth)
Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour

Overview:
We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a busy food manufacturing environment producing snack products such as crisps and similar items. This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals with previous food production experience to join a growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating production line machinery in a safe and efficient manner
  • Monitoring product quality to ensure it meets company standards
  • Packing and handling finished products
  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in line with food safety regulations
  • Following health and safety procedures at all times
  • Working as part of a team to meet production targets

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within a food production or manufacturing environment is essential
  • Good understanding of hygiene and food safety standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable with good timekeeping
  • Flexible approach to work and shifts

Working Hours:

  • Shifts may vary depending on production needs (details to be confirmed)
