Job Title: Production Operative

Location: Harfreys Industrial Estate, Great Yarmouth

Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent

Working Hours:

  • Training Period (First 8 Weeks):
    Monday to Thursday: 07:40 – 16:00
    Friday: 07:40 – 12:40
  • Post-Training (Night Shift):
    Monday to Thursday: 21:40 – 07:00

Pay Rate:

  • £12.71 per hour during training
  • £13.59 per hour after successful completion of training

Job Overview:
We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join our client’s team based at Harfreys Industrial Estate in Great Yarmouth. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a permanent position following a successful training period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently
  • Follow production processes and quality standards
  • Carry out routine checks and report any issues
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet production targets

Requirements:

  • Ability to work day shifts during training and transition to night shifts
  • Good attention to detail
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Previous production or manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential
