Head of National Recruitment

As Head of National Recruitment, Victoria excels in 360 recruitment with a particular expertise in technical and commercial roles from basic administration / mechanical techs right through to the CEO. With five years of experience, her exceptional abilities ensure a faultless recruitment process for permanent, temporary, and contract placements on a national basis.  A fun fact: Victoria holds a bachelor’s degree in science, making her the Einstein of our group! Outside of work Victoria enjoys spending time with her family, supporting local charities and the odd football bet (we all ask her for tips!)

Toni Corrigan

Senior Recruitment Consultant

Toni Corrigan, our Senior Recruitment Consultant, excels in client communications, enhancing team morale, and fostering exceptional teamwork. With a strong focus on industrial placements, Toni recruits across all sectors and has successfully grown her clientele over nearly four years at Dexters. Her strong commitment and understanding of clients’ needs ensure that they are consistently met, contributing to outstanding recruitment solutions. Outside of work, Toni thrives on family time with her fiancé and their children. She hasn’t quite worked her magic on getting the family pup yet, but if you know Toni, you know she’s persistent!

Lee Corrigan is an experienced Recruitment Resourcer with a proven track record in both temporary and permanent placements across all sectors, with a specialisation in the industrial sector. Lee brings a keen understanding of industry demands and a dedication to matching the right talent with the right opportunities. He excels in delivering effective staffing solutions that drive success for both clients and candidates. Lee has been with Dexters Recruitment for 3 years and is a valuable asset to the team. Outside of work, Lee is known as the ‘wild child’ of the group, enjoying social settings.

Danielle George is a competent 360 Resourcer working across all industries. With a passion for sales, a love for comic marketing, and a drive for meeting new people, Danielle brings a unique and energetic approach to connecting businesses with top talent, ensuring successful and dynamic placements. She also heads marketing and works on sales. Danielle has been with Dexters for nearly two years, starting as general help in the office, and has gone from strength to strength. Outside of the business Danielle enjoys spending time with her two children and her husband and the odd binge watching a series… or 2!
