Job Title: Night Shift Production Operative

Location: Great Yarmouth
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:45pm – 6:00am

Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Night Shift Production Operative to join a growing manufacturing business in Great Yarmouth. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a newly launched production line, with full training provided during the first two weeks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operating machinery and equipment on a new production line

  • Assembling, packing, and inspecting products to company standards

  • Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet required specifications

  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

  • Following health and safety procedures at all times

  • Reporting any faults, defects, or production issues to supervisors

  • Meeting production targets and deadlines

Training

  • Two weeks of structured training will be provided to ensure full understanding of processes and equipment

  • Ongoing support from supervisors and team leaders

Requirements

  • Previous production or manufacturing experience is essential

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • Good attention to detail

  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Comfortable working permanent night shifts
