Pay Rate: £15.38/hr

Hours: Mon-Thu 08.00-16.30, 30mins lunch, and Fri 08.00-14.00, no lunch = 38 hrs

Duration: 4 months 

Location: Glenrothes

Additional: 100% office work

As Quality Documentation Admin, within Flexibles UK, Glenrothes, you will be actively involved in the compilation of client documentation/certification required for outgoing/delivered product. Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential to the role. You will work closely with the Sales, Projects, Manufacturing, QA, Inspection and Fitting departments to ensure that the compilation of documentation/certification runs parallel with manufacturing process. You should be keen to take on fresh challenges, develop your technical and interpersonal skills as well as expand your knowledge and experience through a variety of exciting products and projects. 

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with the preparation and compilation of customer documentation and certification packages for completed products and projects.
  • Work closely with departments including Quality, Production, Projects, Sales and Inspection to gather and organise documentation throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Ensure documentation is completed accurately, checked thoroughly and issued in line with project and delivery deadlines.
  • Carry out detailed checks of documentation and data books before submission to customers, ensuring information is complete, accurate and professionally presented.
  • Coordinate and track inspection and quality paperwork, including reports and certification received from internal departments and external suppliers.
  • Attend daily production meetings and communicate any documentation issues which may affect delivery schedules.
  • Respond to customer documentation queries and liaise with relevant departments to help resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate filing, archiving and traceability records in line with company procedures and customer requirements.
  • Support the Quality team with general administrative duties and continuous improvement activities within the department.
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems, trackers and spreadsheets as required.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental procedures.
  • Maintain a professional and organised working environment and contribute positively as part of the wider team.
  • Carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by the Quality Manager in line with business needs.
