As a Project Manager within our client’s Global Internals & Proprietary Equipment (IPE) team, you will be responsible for the successful execution of projects from the initial assessment of customer requirements through to final delivery and project close-out for both internal and external Process Systems customers.
Working in alignment with our clients’ strategic objectives and business goals, you will manage multiple projects simultaneously while leading and supporting a team of Project Engineers located across various global regions. The role requires close collaboration with customers, suppliers, and manufacturing partners to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. You will oversee manufacturing activities, trial assemblies, and installation support, including supervision of local offshore workforces where required, to ensure successful equipment deployment and operational excellence.
A key aspect of this position is the ability to make informed decisions, communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and proactively manage project risks and opportunities. You will maintain a strong awareness of market developments and provide feedback to the Head of Operations to support strategic decision-making and project success.
